Sarah commenced her recruitment career with LAW SOLUTIONS in 1997, establishing and developing our temporary and paralegal division first in Melbourne and then in Sydney.  She left us four years later to broaden her skills and experience by working with two other recruitment companies.

Sarah rejoined LAW SOLUTIONS in 2008 to take up a pivotal role.  Due to her extensive document management experience paralegal experience, Sarah is now recruiting document management paralegals - temporary, contract and permanent.

A quality we seek in all our consultants is that they have had hands-on experience working in legal offices.  Sarah has a strong legal background, which enables her to easily identify the differing needs of each temporary recruitment assignment.  Sarah's legal experience included several years working with both large and small Victorian legal firms in administrative and paralegal roles.  Sarah also worked in the U.K. in document management paralegal roles.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in management and legal studies, and has also partially completed a Law Degree.  She is an Accredited Professional Recruiter with the RCSA, having completed her studies in 1998.  She prides herself on her professionalism, ethics, and her ability to develop warm business relationships with all her clients and candidates.
