Jenni commenced her recruitment career in 1985, gaining extensive experience in both temporary and permanent recruitment.  In 1992 she founded our company, developing the business into the success that it is today.

Previously, Jenni had ten years' legal experience working with city and suburban law firms as a conveyancing and mortgage paralegal (law clerk).  Jenni also completed tertiary legal studies, qualifying as a legal executive.  She subsequently ventured out of legal, holding positions as a branch manager of a building society, and as a lending manager with one of Australia's leading Banks.

Jenni has been a member of the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association (RCSA) since 1986, holding the qualification of MRCSA.  She advocates strong ethical and professional behaviour in the industry, setting a high standard for the many consultants she has employed, trained and mentored.

Jenni is actively involved in all aspects of the business and is happy to speak to any clients or candidates about their recruitment needs or concerns.
